Peter Moak

Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from University of Pittsburgh in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey also in 2015. Peter’s practice areas include protection from abuse, support, divorce, custody, trusts, estates, and real estate.

Peter has a strong commitment in public interest law, and before joining the firm of We Care Legal Services in 2018, Peter worked pro-bono with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania helping plaintiffs in Protection from Abuse matters. Prior to that, he was in the Law Offices of Matthew D. Dupee, Esq.

In his spare time Peter is the Registrar for the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution, member of the Pennsylvania Society for the War of 1812, and Archivist for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania and for Horsham Preservation and Historical Association.  Peter is also a licensed pilot.
