Kathryn “Kate” Hoy
Kate has been a resident of Lower Bucks for the last five years. She has an extensive background in client relations and enjoys building strong relationships with clients. Because of her own life experiences, Kate has a unique understanding of clients in transition and those undergoing stressful family and domestic situations. Part of Kate’s role is to ensure that every one of our clients is feeling supported by our staff and satisfied with the services we provide.
Kate is a graduate of the RISE (Redefining Independence Safety and Empowerment) Program offered through “A Woman’s Place.” It is there she became empowered enough to discover her passion for aiding and advocating for victims of domestic violence and trauma.
Guest speaking for “A Woman’s Place” is important to Kate as she is dedicated to giving back to her community. All things are possible when you have the right support, and Kate loves to help develop others’ abilities to see the positive whenever possible.
Kate is the single Mother of Logan, an amazing six-year-old boy. Being a positive role model for her Logan and making her family and colleagues proud, are always in the forefront of her mind.
Every staff person at We Care Legal Services is an avid animal lover and Kate fits right in. Kate and her family actively work with Animal Rescues and open their home to foster dogs and kittens. Over forty dogs have made their way through Kate’s foster care, except two. Those guys “adopted” Kate and will always be part of her forever family.
Kate is currently continuing her legal education. She sees no limit to how far she can go and will always go forward with the support of We Care Legal in all her educational and academic pursuits.
