Position: Attorney Emeritus

Katherine Wenstrup graduated from Villanova University School of Law. She served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for two years and subsequently joined the Public Defender’s Office of Philadelphia where she represented clients in all phases of the criminal process.

She later became a staff attorney with the Bucks County Legal Aid Society, dealing primarily with custody and protection from abuse cases. Before joining “We Care” Legal Services, Ms. Wenstrup worked for the A Woman’s Place Legal Assistance Program representing clients in divorce, support, custody, and protection from abuse cases.
